A Warehouse Representative is generally assigned in one of two areas, Rx (trade) fulfillment or sample fulfillment however, the expectation is that the associate can work in both areas and are able to utilize equipment and follow procedures in all areas. Gaining knowledge of and adherence to safety rules, GMP and SOP requirements while maintaining operational efficiencies is a responsibility of this position. Expected to perform multiple (some non-routine) tasks that in many cases require judgment and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.Job Duties
Fulfill, pack, verify and record the necessary data for all customer orders and requests.
Accurately record routing and carrier charges for all shipments.
Prepare necessary documentation that support the fulfillment and shipment tasks, including, move tickets, material transfer and requisition form, packing list, labels Federal Express bills, Truck bills, manifests, etc.
Assure accurate inventory counts and inventory balance information is maintained and reported using information in the SAP inventory system.
Assist in assuring a safe working environment
Adhere to standard operating procedure and department operating procedures
Practice good housekeeping of work area and equipment used in the fulfillment process.
Attend & participate in all training sessions, safety and/or GMP.The following are considered critical capacities to perform in a Distribution Warehouse Representative job.
Stand for up to 75% of the time, although some limited tasks would allow or require sitting up to 50% of the time.
Handling frozen gel packs and exposure to cold temperature for several hours at a time for at least three days a week.
Lift and move at waist level, above the shoulders and below the knees; up to 10 lbs continually and occasionally up to 50lbs. Continually is defined as 67-100% of time in a regular shift and occasionally is defined as up to 33% of time in a regular shift.
Push and pull frequently up to 25 lbs. Frequently is defined as up to 66% of time in a regular shift.
Reach above shoulder level up to 66% of time in a regular shift.
Repetitive hand movements (both hands) include packing orders and inputting data into SAP through a hand held device.
Some task require as much as 25% of the time climbing stairs to cross over conveyor line.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience:
2 to 4 years in a distribution or warehousing environment a plus
