Third Shift Warehouse Manager


As directed, the Sr. Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day in-house operations,ensuring all are operating according to organizational standards and client specifications.


Primary responsibilities for this role are:
Managing in-house operations including job set-up, area control, product identification, and shipping schedules; manage and allocate manpower to specific operations; provide specific job training,coaching and feedback on all aspects of performance of all in-house assigned personnel; perform
continual process audits and product audits to ensure all in-house operations are operating according to organizational standards and client specifications; monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all in-house operations; maintain proper inventory control of all in-house product and material; ensure all assigned in-house operation's time sheets and operational results are accurately reported in a timely manner; coordinate with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager to appropriately staff andmonitor off-site operations; ensure strict adherence by all personnel to all rules and regulations as established by the company; and to immediately report to the Warehouse Manager any event that could negatively reflect and/or impact the company.
