The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an inventory of corporate and field hardware and supplies in the Service Center Warehouse.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain inventory for the Service Center Warehouse including all hardware, monitors, peripherals, spare parts, and phone systems.

Purchase required products as needed; receives and verifies incoming shipments; pulls, packs, and pallets parts and systems for shipment.

Coordinate inventory for new store openings; ensures all necessary IS equipment is available; oversees shipping of products to location.

Maintain warehouse inventory system; enters received products; maintains shipping and receiving logs; sets and maintains stocking levels.

Perform monthly and quarterly inventories; generates summaries and reports for management.

Process Return Merchandise Authorizations for defective and repair products.Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 2-3 years of related warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. To be successful in this position, candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of inventory control and general warehouse procedures, knowledge of inventory systems and practices, knowledge of large scale purchasing and shipment scheduling and the ability to operate a forklift. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to lift, move and carry boxes of computer related equipment, unassisted, weighing up to 80 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is a moderately noisy warehouse environment. Team members are often required to work in situations where temperature, humidity, and other weather conditions are often adverse.
