Warehouse/Logistics Manager

Continental Datalabel Inc. a premier manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels in Elgin Illinois has an immediate opening for a Warehouse/Logistics Manager.

Duties will include:
• Schedule, motivate and lead warehouse personnel
•Coordinate all inbound/outbound parcel, LTL carriers and help with inventory management
•Manage warehouse operations and solicit / generate ideas on process improvement
•Hands-on involvement with all aspects of the distribution operation (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Cycle Counts and Transfers)
•Ensure order accuracy with attention to detail
•Review all shipping solutions and offer best solution to Management
•Route Freight for all shipments
REQUIREMENTS
Skills required:
•Good organization and reorganization skills.
•Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication skills and computer skills.
•Forklift experience is required
•Must be a team player.
•Able to lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
Must have strong computer skills
