Warehouse Lead

Purpose:
INPRAX Performance Resources is a national company seeking to hire 6 Warehouse Leads in the Joliet area.

Title: Warehouse Lead- 1st shift

Reports To: Production Supervisor and INPRAX Site Manager

Summary: The warehouse lead will work in conjunction with the Production Supervisor and the INPRAX manager, will be responsible for taking attendance of the work force, training of new hires and working side by side in production as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
-Take daily attendance
-Follow absenteeism
-Train new contractors
-Monitor individual and group job quality.
-Communicate to INPRAX Management of any contractor performance problem.
-Assist and mediate in any contractors conflicts interfering with work.



Qualifications
-High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
-Ability to lead Co workers
-Effective communication skills
-Strong work ethic and attendance history
-Attention to detail
