Warehouse Asst. Manager

CONSTRUCTION
Warehouse Asst. Manager Provide gen'l support to warehouse mgr. and conduct the inventory of
construction supplies and tools, analyze financial reports. Conduct bi-weekly
& bi-annual cycle counts to ensure accuracy goals are met. Conduct a biannual cycle count audit of cycle count procedures and results
with the Director of Finance. Provide training & orientation to new staff and volunteers. Pick orders and
load trucks when necessary. Direct processing of donated materials and tools. Work with Manager to
purchase items and generate purchase orders. Oversee the use of construction tools. Req: Exper. using and knowledge of
construction tools, methods and materials, knowledge of all phases of
warehouse operations. OSHA compliance training and forklift training.
Proficiency in Great Plains, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook applications.
Accurate data entry skills. Ability to work both independently and under
