MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.) Implement effective internal controls in the area of warehousing, distribution and disposal of converters and related equipment.

Develop working with system management, procedures to improve field collections of converters upon termination of service.

Complete reports relating to the flow of converters and related equipment.

Review and investigate converters outstanding with Technicians, Contractors and Payment Centers.

Monitor and enforce inventory, financial and operational controls.

Review and consult on current operating practices or all warehouse functional areas.

Review and account for all daily transactions of converter movements (i.e. issues, receipts and transfers).

Conduct independent counts weekly at one warehouse location.

Provide information to System and Regional Accounting departments for month-end close.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications

Two to three years of accounting and finance related experience.

Prior inventory control preferred.

Valid Driver's License and excellent driving record.

Strong Cable Data billing system experience, analytical, organizational and communications skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Computer literacy and a working knowledge of MS Office, Cable Data, CSG, Oracle, Mintek and ICOMS.
