Route Driver

The Men’s Wearhouse is looking for a motivated team player to join our distribution team in Boston,Ma. ?Drive routes and deliver merchandise to stores in a safe and timely manner.
?Unload, process and reload merchandise.
?Pack and ship merchandise as required.
?Maintain an accurate inventory.
?Ensure security of all hub equipment and tools.
?Ensure that work areas are clean.
?Attend required safety training and meetings.
?Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with stores, customers and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must:
*be at least 21 years old
* possess a valid Massachusetts State drivers license
*have no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months and no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
*have no DUI or DWI convictions
*have no felony record
*be able to pass a DOT physical
*be able to lift 50 pounds
*be able to pass a company road test
*be able to work well in a team environment
*be able to work well independently
*be able to read, write and speak English
*be able to travel out of state twice each year for training meetings
*one year driving experience is preferable
