Maintenance Technician

**Local applicants only please**Hands-on maintenance position that will require abilty to flex hours- some nights and weekend work may be needed at times.
Work closely with Schneider/ customer management to ensure that all equipment and maintenance needs are met in a timely manner.
Coordinate any work to be conducted by a third party with our building and operations managers.
Monitor preventive maintenance for all buildings to ensure that they are properly assigned, completed and closed in Remedy as to meet customer standards.Job Requirements
>Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems trouble shooting and repair skills.
> At least 2 years experience
>Consistent compliance with all company policies and procedures.
>High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
>Demonstrated ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands or operational goals.
>Must be results driven have the ability to plan and execute work orders.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or walk the dock for long periods of time.
