Logistics Delivery (Bulk Rig) Operator - Columbus

Overview: Execute successful product and material delivery operations to ensure timely delivery/pick-up of product, raw materials, dunnage, and other materials. Support movement, loading, and unloading of product and materials using a wide variety of material handling equipment and operating various support systems and equipment.Key Accoutabilities:
Pick-up/deliver product, raw materials, dunnage, and other materials from/to customers, suppliers, and CCBCC locations. This includes but not limited to both bulk and transport loads.
Ensure appropriate material arrives as designated location at designated time.

Use appropriate equipment to move product and materials from/to designated locations to support logistics activities.
Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a logistics operation in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Must have a Class A commercial driver’s license & be able to pass & maintain DOT requirements.

Must have an excellent driving history. A 7 year Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed.

Minimum of 1-year experience in a Class A Vehicle (Bulk Rig, OTR, or Tractor Trailer experience preferred).

Minimum of 1-year experience in local delivery in a commercial vehicle.
Must have the ability to professionally interface with customer/supplier/CCBCC representatives in a professional manner.

Experience with a pallet jack & forklift is required.

Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Must have an excellent safety and quality record.

Handheld device experience is preferred.
Ability to complete inventory/financial transactions accurately
Ability to confidently manage “traffic” on the property to ensure the correct asset is at the correct dock at the correct time
Ability to proficiently relieve employees in a variety of logistics positions
Proficient in the operation of a switcher
Intermediate math skillsSchedule: The hours for this position are 2:00 A.M - 2:00 P.M., 4 days per week including Saturdays.
