Currently, Walgreens seeks experienced Inbound and Outbound Managers at our state-of-the-art Distribution Center located in Mt. Vernon, IL.





Responsibilities:
Inbound – Manage the areas of Receiving, Replenishment, Put-away and Split Case Stocking.

Outbound – Manage the areas of Shipping, Full and Split Case Picking, Rx and Specialty Picking.

Qualifications:
Logistics experience within a distribution environment coupled with in-depth working knowledge of distribution product flow and state of the are material handling. Management experience with responsibility for multiple departments including budget creation, implementation and reconciliation. Statistical Process Control including data analysis, charting, and control methodology. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary. Group facilitation skills including experience with Performance Improvement teams, a plus. Computer literacy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages and FileMakerPro preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and at least 3-5 years of previous management experience.
