Our Distribution Team is seeking a talented Coordinator to help maintain operational excellence in the DC and fulfill customer expectations.

Expectations

Support leadership in the hiring and training process for new team members
Assist in evaluating team member performance, and coaching for improvement.
Helps to execute process improvement, methods improvement, and problem-solving activities
Accountable for supporting quality system procedures
Ensure adherence to process and operating procedures
Work with teams to ensure that quality and quantity standards are maintained
Maintains a high level of personal flexibility to accommodate business needs
Acts as a role model for all expectations (safety, attendance, productivity, error-free, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS in business in related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated competence in supervisory skills in motivating team members in meeting performance goals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; comfortable with coaching and training individuals and teams
Strong sense of urgency
Superior analytical abilities
Working knowledge of windows and MS Office Suite
Ability to lift 50 pounds
