The candidate will be responsible for all terminal metrics related to the operation and profitability of the terminal. Asset and driver utilization are key to the success of this position, candidate will be accountable for the development of all operations personnel in Norfolk. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and basic computer abilities. The candidate should be willing to be involved in the sales process.
