Transportation Helper

This is a full-time, permanent position for the Transportation Services department and includes a full benefits package. The position is responsible for assisting with loading and unloading of trucks and vans; performs pick-up, transfer, and delivery of new and surplus equipment and supplies, building furnishings and construction materials.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
In order to be considered for this position you must meet all required qualifications and specifically address them in your cover letter/resume.

Washington State Driver’s License.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including driving, delivering and moving equipment, supplies, furniture and related materials to classrooms and offices in all-weather conditions. Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including co-workers, campus personnel, students, and the general public.
Proven record of reliability with regard to attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications
Transportation helper, delivery driver, professional mover or other related goods, materials and supply transport experience
