Terminal Manager

Responsibilities include:

1.Direct and coordinate activities of terminal employees to provide cost effective, timely, quality service to customers.
2.Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems.
3.Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel.
4.Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.
5.Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Candidates MUST have at least two years of terminal operations supervisory experience and excellent communications skills are required. Bachelor's degree required.
