Order Puller/Driver

The job –
•Reviews requisition sheet for completeness and compatibility of implants and instruments being requested.
•Checks and confirms that implant sets requested (indicated on the menu) are contained on the implant pick list.
•Checks and confirms all instrument sets requested (indicated on the menu) are on the shipping list and physically present and complete, compatible and ready for surgery.
•Delivers implants and instruments to appropriate departments at hospitals. Gains a signature from hospital representative on paperwork for implants and instruments if needed.
•Picks up instruments at hospitals and confirms all instrument trays are present.
•Opens all trays (even if wrapped) and confirms completeness. Reports missing items to Operations/Instrument Manager immediately.
•Gains signature from hospital representative confirming missing items.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications -

•High school degree or equivalent.
•Basic computer skills.
•Clean driving record.
