Occupational Therapist Home Delivered Services, a member of Agnesian HealthCare, has an exceptional opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist to provide care for our outpatient populations. This position works 28 hours a week primarily Monday Friday 7:30am 4:00pm. To qualify, you must be a graduate from an AOTA accredited four-year college or university program in Occupational Therapy, have completed an internship, and be eligible for or possess a WI license and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
