Field Service Manager

We successfully complete projects on a day to day basis that include NPDES compliance monitoring, Safe Drinking Water Act compliance monitoring, environmental assessments, underground storage tank removals, groundwater investigations, solid waste management, hazardous waste management, and stream/lake studies.

Our growing NELAC accredited Environmental Laboratory Service Organization has multiple offices throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, Chicago and St. Louis.

We are looking for a Field Service Manager to manage company owned and/or leased fleet of small pick-ups and 4-wheel vehicles in our Southampton Office, which covers the Eastern PA and all of NJ territory. A BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is desired. Experience in dispatch or field exposure is preferred. Strong computer skills and management skills of individual and the process are necessary.

Field Service Manager:
-Managing and directing 50+ drivers and samplers that service our various environmental, food and dairy clients
-Computer scheduling system is currently in place, however, many non-scheduled services are provided to clients on a daily basis
-Must have the vehicles maintained when appropriate to ensure driver safety, reliability and maximize the vehicle life
-Responsible for purchasing new vehicles and retiring of old vehicles
