Training Specialist

The Training Specialist provides training for new employees on essential skills needed to perform specific jobs within a department. This position develops and implements training materials and procedures to enhance productivity and accuracy within the system, and educates the general population on updates or changes to relevant materials and regulations. Responsibility also includes tracking the effectiveness of training programs through ongoing analysis of related statistical data.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma with 2 to 3 years specific department experience. 2 to 3 years experience training adult learners with an excellent understanding of the adult learning process. Previous leadership or training skills required.
