POSITION TITLE: Training Coordinator
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED: SECRETPRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Coordinate with the user community to identify training, education, and procedural deficiencies to determine the types and content of training, educational programs, and modified operational procedures required to improve the end users’ performance in the use of systems that are part of the DOD Biometrics Enterprise, coordinating with known providers of DOD training (e.g., TRADOC schoolhouses) to determine the best method to address the identified deficiencies or to identify the need for a new method for dissemination of appropriate lessons, workshops, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):
(1) Working with the identified providers to assure an overall consistent message and as necessary.
(2) Provide materials or content to address the identified deficiencies.
(3) Identify training delivery providers and coordinate with them to promote understand and knowledge of the DoD Biometrics Enterprise systems, process and future changes.
(4) Develop additional materials necessary to promote end use adoption and understanding.
(5) Provide a comprehensive review of all training and educational materials, processes and deliver means and recommend course correction and updates.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Engineering Degree or degree in technical field
Relevant Experience (amount and type): Experience in developing training materials and coordinating/monitoring training efforts.
Clearance: SecretPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Three years experience in BiometricsWORKING LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO
