Technical Training Manager

The Technical Training Manager manages the overall process of design and development of training curriculumas well as the evaluation, planning and implementation of e-learning projects that support all learning, communication, and compliance initiatives for Vehicle Inspections including vendor management,selection, and administration.
REQUIREMENTS
•Demonstrated knowledge of current learning technology, including current and future trends
•Demonstrate skill in being well-developed and proven organizational, problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
•Demonstrate competency in excellent writing and verbal skills for executive communications, proposals, and project reporting.
•Demonstrate articulate, impromptu speaking skills, meeting leadership skills, and conflict management skills.
•Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities.
•Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects and people simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
•Demonstrate high aptitude and skill in implementing the right technical solution.
•Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including project management, cost analysis and budget forecasting.
•Ability to travel 10-20%
•Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience in a related field, strongly preferred.
•5 – 7 years of developing and implementing e-learning/learning management systems, preferably with a large, field based organization
•3 years of managing the learning function
•3-5+ years in adult learning.
•5+ years of instructional design
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and learning based technologies
•Web development or gaming development knowledge preferred
•Experience in training program evaluation and ROI Techniques
•Certifications in ROI, Training Management, HPI, Achieve Global and others preferred
•Automotive industry experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including inclement
