POSITION TITLE: Training Specialist 3
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED: SecretPRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Conduct New Equipment Training (NET) to USMC units worldwide for the Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR). Provide fielding support for the system.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):(1) Off-the-shelf, or customized off-the-shelf training packages to meet specific program needs related to management, organization and business improvement services.(2) Include exercising instructional system development in assessing system training requirements. Involves selecting training modes to suit skill and knowledge needed for task performance, development, and preparation of training materials.(3) Perform duties as primary and assistant instructors and conduct remedial/supplemental training as required.(4) Assists with scheduling and conduct of training sessions for a variety of topics to meet specific program needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Relevant Experience (amount and type): 7 Years, Acquisition planning, coordinating, developing, executing, evaluating, revising, updating, conducting and/or administering training activities of management, engineering, and/or related fields. Education may be waived for 10 years of relevant experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Position Location: Travel - 365 Days Travel (Iraq; Okinawa; Camp Lejeune, NC; Hawaii; Camp Pendleton, CA;)/Stafford, VA
Travel: Must be willing to travel on short-notice to world-wide locations and remain in travel status for extended periods, up to 365 days and must be willing to work in hazardous duty locations. Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. passport.
