We are in search of an Education Services Administrator.

The person in this position will Coordinates all Instructor Led Training (ILT) Programs, including both internal and external programs and is accountable for all logistics related to ILT Programs, including: hotel, meeting space, materials AV, etc. In addition, he or she will communicate all conference details to participants and answer any questions. The person in this position will establish classes in Learning Management System (LMS) and complete reconciliation and reports. Other responsibilities include maintaining and managing needed materials for a variety of programs including management, safety, and orientation programs. He or she will be responsible for training and assisting business associates with LearnLinc set up, coordination, and recording of programs. In addition, he or she will answer questions regarding training programs and course offerings and provide reports and analysis related to learning and development. In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities, general administrative duties also fall under the responsibility of this role including: PO processing, expense management, and material development, as needed. With assistance from Educator, he or she will assist in developing and presenting select training courses. The person in this position will partner with SRU educators and director to ensure all SRU related processes are easy and effective. He or she will determine how to improve administrative, communication, logistics and other key factors related to the success of SRUniversity as well as, determine the best methods of administering course setup, attendance and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS). Other key decisions include determining the best methods for coordinating conferences and training programs in Dayton and across the US; this includes logistics, material distribution, communications and follow-up.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, human resources, marketing, or related area. Experience in event coordination, program planning and execution preferred. He or she will need to have demonstrated proficiency in learning management tools. Knowledge and application of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications to satisfy future and existing business requirements.. He or she should have the ability to adapt to continuous changes in the SR Learning Environment, proven leadership through teamwork, and a strong desire to grow in his or her career. Creative presentation and interpersonal communication skills as well as problem solving skills are a must. In addition, the qualified candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence change
