Principal for Private Preschool

Chesterbrook Academy, part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. (NLCI) a leading national provider of Early Age Education is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.


The Preschool Principal provides leadership and ensures the school's success by forging and maintaining meaningful relationships with parents, children, teachers, and the community. This position requires a high-energy individual with the ability to plan and achieve positive educational as well as business results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Leads and supervise teachers, teacher assistants, substitutes, and support staff

-Recruitment training and develolpment of staff

-Marketing and activities for driving school enrollment

-Oversight of ancillary and before and after-school programs

-Financial management and reporting, budgeting, and payroll

-Facility maintenance and oversight of food service program

REQUIREMENTS


Ideal candidates will possess:

Bachelor's degree, Early Childhood Education major preferred.

Minimum two years management experience including staff and financial management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with curriculum implementation and teacher assessments

Knowledgable of preschool licensing requirements.
