Training Specialists – Chemical Industry –Maintenance and OperationsSalary $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus
One of the nation’s largest Chemical Manufacturers has openings for Training Specialists. The people in these positions will plan, develop, coordinate and deliver training and development programs. These individuals will conduct needs analysis studies and confer with managers, supervisor and others to determine training needs. These Specialists will formulate training policies, programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, operations/process, business systems and changes in products, procedures or services. The company is looking for a hands-on people who must be able to work independently and who posses exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

2. Five to fifteen years experience in the Chemical Industry
3. Maintenance Reliability experience or Operations/Production experience
4. Knowledge of Data base software, SAP, Internet software, spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word
