HR HR Training Representative Seeking an exp'd HR person that loves the challenge and dynamics of
recruiting, interviewing & training candidates. HR degree or cert. req'd as
well as a min. of 3 yrs. of exp. This key position reports to the Director of
H.R. & involves direct interface w/production staff, the ability to learn &
evaluate work processes, follow up w/new hires & conduct internal training.
EEO regulations knowledge & exp. a must. This indiv. must also be able to work a non-traditional work schedule to
handle employees on off shifts & occasional wknds. Communication skills &
occasional wknds. Communication skills & ability to interface w/personnel at
all levels of the organization is essential. Must have exc. documentation
skills & exp. w/Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, & ADP Enterprise.
