GIS Trainer

SRA is consistently recognized as an IT leader by clients, industry associations, and business and technology publications.Daily Responsibilities: The candidate should have experience with varied geospatial applications and tools and be adept at quickly understanding client requirements for geospatial analysis. The candidate should be able to determine the best geospatial tool to use as well as define specific geospatial processing and analysis tasks to support and improve a client’s business process. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with various types and sources of geospatial data and be able to help clients develop geospatial project databases. The candidate should also be able to develop and document geospatial work flows to support clients. Daily Responsibilities Continued The trainer needs to be able to produce training documentation to include course material, user manuals, quick reference guides, flyers, charts, and briefings. Required: Years of experience (min) 3 Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Skills Windows XP. Required Other The trainer needs to be able to obtain, categorize, load, and distribute data (mostly from NGA and other IC sources) to geospatial analysts.
