We have an immediate opportunity in our Murrysville, PA territory for:

Clinical/Product Trainer

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Leadership to determine training needs specific to both new and tenured Sales personnel.
Develop and implement sales, product and clinical training curriculum for the Homecare Sales Organization.
Collaborate with the downstream marketing associates as a subject matter expert in the development of marketing materials and programs for our sales force and customers.
Lead program and curriculum development for specific sales and clinical training initiatives and collaborate with initiatives created and led by other Sales Trainers.
Modify existing and create new training curriculum to include specific, measurable learning objectives and outcomes.
Work in tandem with Human Resources, Sales Leadership, and the Operations Manager to create and implement career development plans for Sales Personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
BA / BS and minimum of five years experience in: Sales/ Product Training or – experienced/credentialed in the health related fields of Respiratory Therapy, Nursing or Sleep Medicine equivalent to 5 years experience.
Experience in training and development roles, including: Curriculum Design, Multi-media Presentations, E-Learning and Computer Based Training.
Sound understanding of Medical Device Sales and general practices within the Medical Device Industry.
The position may require 30% travel, long periods of time sitting, standing, walking, etc as part of the normal conduct of daily business.
