For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.DESCRIPTION:This role will be responsible for the creation and delivery of agent training programs for the Long Term Care Career Sales force. This position will facilitate new agent and advanced agent training focusing primarily on Long Term Care insurance and Medicare Supplement insurance.RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and deliver agent training programs, focusing on the Long Term Care and Medicare Supplement insurance products.
Deliver sales practice and skill training programs for new and advanced agents.
Maintain strong personal knowledge of Long Term Care and Medicare Supplement insurance product offerings, form requirements and sales practices.
Assist in the development of and deliver marketing and client prospecting training programs.
Work closely with the compliance and branding teams to ensure all training programs meet company and state compliance guidelines.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with tight timelines.
Work across multiple functions of the sales organization. Must be able to influence others and gain commitment from all levels of the organization.
Minimum of 25% travel is anticipated.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 3 or more years of sales and/or training experience in the financial services industry.
2 or more years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Dynamic personality; able to deliver compelling and engaging training events.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Direct sales experience in the financial services industry.
Experience with Long Term Care and Life insurance and Annuities products.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field.
Life and Health licensed.
CLTC or other professional designations.
