McLean, VA.Responsibilities Include:Supporting and maintaining corporate voice systems including PBX, Voicemail, ACD, Call Accounting System and voice traffic reporting systemHandling “moves, adds, and changes” at corporate facility including programming and wiringMaintaining telecommunication databasesProviding front line help desk support to end-users and act as trainer for voice systemsCandidate should have:3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of AVAYA and Spectralink equipment is essentialKnowledge of other systems such as Nortel and Toshiba is advantageousThis position offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
