TELECOMMUNICATION SUPPORT TECHS

Major telecommunications company is looking for Telecommunication
Specialists to work at its Renton facility (will be moving to Bellevue
in 2007). Will be responsible for voice order processing throughout our
client's enterprise and support a variety of customer owned
traditional, voice mail and new technology (IP) switches as well as
provisioning LEC services.


Responsibilities include one or all of the following: Receive and
process orders for telecommunications connectivity (inside wiring) and
equipment (handsets, digital, analog and VoIP), assign cable/wire and
switch port as required, perform line and voice mail switch
translations and provision equipment and orders to support activity in
the field.


Must be flexible and able to adjust work schedule. Shift could begin at
4 or 6 AM., Monday through Friday. Occasional off hours or weekend work
may be required.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of Telecommunications Industry experience in order
entry and processing, cable/pair and port assignment and/or switch
software provisioning. Must be familiar with industry standard order
entry systems.


Must have experience with one or more of the following switches:
Nortel SL-100 and PBX SL1, Avaya PBX (G2 & G3), Cisco Call Manager
(VoIP), Lucent 5ESS, Merlin Prologix, Octel 250/350 Voice Mail, Rolm,
Unity Voice Mail (Cisco Call Manager).
