Purpose: COMPANY INFOMATION: Large distributor / manufacturer of Electrical / mechanical components located in Long Beach, CA.




JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus.

Must be able to read drawings and instructions.

Must be able to work under a magnifying glass if necessary (no microscopes).

Will be feeding (setting up) fine wires onto components (small metal rods). Once set up is complete, the wire will be wound onto the metal rods. Once the component is wound, will be responsible for placing protective coating over the wire on the metal rod.

Will be responsible for stripping wire ends and prepping wire for soldering. Need familiarity with multimeters and other basic measuring equipment.

Must understand basic math (decimals and fractions). Must have command of the English language (Read, Write and Speak).
