Purpose: Position: Landscape planner / Landscape Architect

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA (Folsom area)

Salary: $45K-$60K/DOE+ benefit package including 401(k) and insurance

Thriving Nationwide Residential Architectural Design and Community Planning firm specializing in Single Family and Multifamily Residential design projects and subdivisions, actively seeks talented Landscape Planner / Landscape Architect looking to jump start their career and expand their professional horizons.

Ideal Landscape Planner / Landscape Architect candidates will posses a minimum of 2-5 years of professional industry experience pertaining to Landscape Planning or Landscape Architecture. Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or Land Planning is required. Successful candidates will have great hand sketching and AutoCAD skills, along with planning experience pertaining to Master Planned Communities, Site Planning for residential or commercial projects, and subdivision/ community design experience. Design experience in regards to amenity and identity/ theme design and schematic and design development level documents is preferred.
