Architectural Drafter - Residential

Purpose: Position: Architectural Drafter Location: El Dorado Hills, CA near Folsom

Salary: $16-$23/hr DOE + bonuses and benefits

Award winning Architectural Design & Planning office, located in the beautiful El Dorado Hills area actively seeks 2 skilled and experienced Architectural Drafters to work in our Residential design studio.

Ideal Architectural Drafting candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of professional Architectural Drafting experience working in an architectural or engineering office. Candidates must be proficient with recent AutoCAD or Architectural Desktop versions and capable of producing and modifying architectural drawings of Floor Plans, Site Plans, Elevations, Sections, Detail, & Perspective based on Project Architect hand drawings and verbal instructions. Additional hand drafting or sketching skills are a plus.

Candidates with Architectural project experience pertaining to residential custom homes, production homes, tract homes, high density living, or multifamily town homes, condominiums, and apartments are a huge plus. But candidates will any type of Architectural project experience will be seriously considered. Bachelors of Architecture degree is preferred, but not required.
