Naturalist and Assistant Naturalist

Position will promote and heighten the awareness of Reynolds Plantation members and guests as regards to the Lake Oconee nature and lor. Position will also create a vibrant nature program to engage the members of Reynolds Plantation through programs such as lectures, hands on labs and other educational and entertaining programs. Naturalist position requires a BS in Environmental Science or related areas of study and 2-4 years of experience in related field. Prefer candidate to have knowledge of local flora and fauna. Qualified candidate will demonstrate great communication skills, a high energy level and be self motivated.
REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Naturalist will assist in the day-to-day operation of the center and with events. Prefer a BS degree in Environmental Science or related areas of study, outgoing personality, hospitality experience, knowledge of local flora and fauna, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and self motivated.
