GC/MS Chemist

Purpose: This company is North America's leading provider of environmental and hazardous waste management services. This company is currently looking for a GC/MS Chemist for their Kimball, NE location.

Applicant must be familiar with SW-846 methods and 600 methods. Experience operating Hewlett-Packard systems 5972 and 5989 preferred using Enviroquant Data Systems. Candidate should have 2 - 5 years experience running semi-volatiles and dioxins, with some experience helpful in GC/ECD mainly PCB's/Herbicides. Position requires the analyst to participate in all the procedures required for analysis, including preparation, extractions, clean-up methods and form generation.

Environmental organic analyst with strong chromatography skills, experience in ECD, FID or mass spectrometry, EPA methodology with pesticides, herbicides or semi-volatiles necessary. Responsible for extraction, analysis and reporting. Experience with HP instrumentation and software. BS preferred with at least 2 years applicable experience.
