Establishes new broker accounts according to minimum company requirements

Train and service existing broker accounts according to minimum company requirements

Manage customer service expectations of the customer

Conducts needs analysis on broker to establish best product and service offerings

Provide market intelligence on competitors offeringsTravels within assigned territory to sign up, train, and build business with broker
REQUIREMENTS


Public speaking skills for use in selling and training

Ethical, professional sales skills

Must interact professionally with operations staff and management

Technical proficiency with loan production software, e-mail, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Knowledgeable in what constitutes a complete broker approval package

Able to use broker performance data to help clients build their business and work more effectively with E*Trade

Knows base underwriting and organizational requirements for standard mortgage products

Excellent time management skills

College degree preferred

2 years successful experience as a wholesale Account Executive with an established customer base

Positive attitude and high energy level

Successfully attended professional sales training

Complete corporate training programs required to protect the interest of the company
