Senior Account Manager

The job –

This position will directly manage and carry accountability for the relationship, retention, profitability, and overall satisfaction of top revenue generating customers. Essential responsibilities include:

-Generate revenue through cross selling of new risk management products and enhancements

-Act as relationship manager to senior level client representatives and decision makers

-Proactively review and understand how customers measure and receive value from the Early Warning suite of products

-Consistently achieve revenue projections and retention targets

-Retain all existing customers and manage risk

-Understand and communicate Early Warning Services value proposition to the account

-Identify revenue expansion opportunities for existing and new products using strategic and consultative selling skills

-Work closely with sales for hand-off of new opportunities

-Identify appropriate internal business partners and manage activities required to resolve customer issues swiftly

-Conduct internal/external strategic account reviews on top customer twice a year

REQUIREMENTS


-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

-Experience in strategic national account management

-Ability to deliver professional, effective presentations to executive management

-Ability to build and maintain executive level relationships

-Strong negotiation skills

-Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change

-Excellent organizational and customer service skills

-Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook

-Experience with bank/credit fraud prevention is desired

-Able to travel 40% domestically, varies depending on business needs
