Salesperson for Medical Imaging online publication

This job entails selling advertising to companies in the medical and medical imaging market space. Most selling occurs over the phone with approximately 15% annual travel to tradeshows. Successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in advertising sales, trade show or inside sales function. Prior experience selling to medical or with medical imaging industry helpful but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with contact management system preferred. Experience in Internet use. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective written, verbal and presentation skills essential. Ability to speak effectively with individuals via phone, email and face-to-face at trade shows. Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
