The best sales representative will exceed goals by building strong relationships throughout the real estate community. The ability to quickly identify customer needs through a consultative approach, overcome prospect objections to current competitor loyalties and demonstrate product and personal value through relationship building will guarantee success for the top candidate.

This is a salary + incentive position. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, including Employee Stock Purchase Plan and profit-driven employer match on 401(k).

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience
Bilingual English/Vietnamese or English?Spanish a plus
Excellent group presentation skills
Proven successful track record in outside sales-service industries a must
Creative prospecting, interviewing and closing skills
Ability to build trust and overcome objections
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues affecting clients
Ability to perform under intense pressure and meet critical deadlines
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade with diplomacy
Superior time and territory management
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong computer skills
Fun and professional disposition
