The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the growth of VHA's non-acute program through new program participant recruitment, account management, implementation support, and special promotions. The objective will be to increase sales, program utilization, and customer satisfaction. 50% travel is required.
Territory covers Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales/Account management skills, customer service and knowledge of supply chain management, knowledge of healthcare, non-acute industry preferable, but not required.
Skill in understanding customer needs and providing a quality customer service.
Skill in planning, organizing, and managing time across mutiple tasks and customer needs.
Highly developed verbal and written communciation skills, ability to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs.
Knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft office and CRM solutions.
Working knowledge of the healthcare market as well as an overall comfort level with healthcare issues and trends.
Required Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or other Healthcare related areas. Requires five to seven years sales/marketing experience - Preferably in the Healthcare industry.
