Opportunity available for a full-time, detail-oriented Sales Engineer. The qualified applicant must possess proven computer networking experience, previous experience with PBX/VoIP, and the ability to design systems to meet the needs and expectations of the customer.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Accompany Account Managers on customer calls. Ask discovery questions; uncover applications, present technical aspects of proposal at presentation.
- Accompany Project Managers to customer site for initial coordination meeting if required.
- Interface with Project Managers at project handoff meetings.
- Attend weekly Project Manager meetings.
- Create scope of work to be presented to the customer and include in job packages. Scope of work must define responsibilities of customers and or TWNS. Review with Operations when requested.
- Keep an updated store of information concerning competitive products and vendors.
- Evaluate new products and vendors.
- Assist in customizing demonstrations for customers.
- Maintain awareness of new products/technologies/upgrades/patches/workarounds /weak points/strong points from our manufacturers and disseminate that information to the sales and technical staffs.
- Set up new product for in-house and/or demo use.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
- PBX/VoIP Background- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a conscientious attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task, high volume environment.
- Communicate in English at a level that allows for successful performances of essential job functions.
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Must be able to rapidly reorder priorities.
- Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Exchange.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
- Manufacture equipment Certifications a plus.
