Route Sales Person - Small Format

Sells and delivers product to stores over an established route to regular customers, including Convenience and Gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. Drives the delivery vehicle and brings product into the store as it is sold. Responsible for ongoing rotation and stocking of product on store shelves and displays, and in coolers and vending equipment. Builds small displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoices and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges, and future ordering product for the next scheduled stop at each account. Has some authorization over pricing and deals offered to customers. Has frequent interaction with store management. Requires a Class A CDL.

Sell and execute all promotions
Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
Merchandise all accounts to local standards
Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account


REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age
No more than one moving violation (anything other than parking) within the past 12 months
Valid Driver's License
Current CDL-A or ability to obtain CDL-A and DOT physical within 30 days of employment
Must be able to lift/carry 45-50 lbs. frequently for 8-10 hours a day
Must be able to push/pull 50-250 lbs.
Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
Must be able to perform frequent reaching over shoulder, May require pre-employment physical capability evaluation



License Requirements:

Current CDL-A or ability to obtain CDL-A and DOT physical within 30 days of employment
