The ideal candidate will be focused on the optimization of market penetration for our Crystal Fashion, Crystal Home, and Crystal Living lines.Tasks-Overall responsibility for regional sales forecasting and planning for the western region.-Ensures adherence to company standards in areas of sales distribution, product presentation, in-store promotions, and new accounts.-Leads and directs Account Managers in the proactive identification of key growth markets within the region.-Partners with senior-level independent retailers to ensure mutually sound business practices are in place-Assists Account Managers in achieving sales objectives by motivating and managing the sales group, monitoring sales activity and maintaining client relationships to determine their effectiveness.-Participates in the development of an annual budget, and recommends the allocation of necessary resources to ensure objectives are met-Evaluates daily operations on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Sales-5-8 years experience in field merchandising, training, or sales-Knowledge of retail and merchandising practices.
