Explore the possibilities, be part of our team, share in our success!We currently have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Executive to be based out the Denver, CO area.The Regional Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies that effectively promote, market and sell all InteliStaf product lines including Travel and Per Diem healthcare services as well as Partnership Contracts to hospitals, health systems, and long term facilities in their respective, multi-state regions. This position will be responsible for developing and managing a specific territory through prospecting and client development by selling to senior healthcare executives including CEOs, CFOs and CNOs.The Regional Sales Executive will be expected to meet and/or exceed sales quotas for their respective regions by selling new contracts to prospective clients, identifying and managing national accounts and their respective RFPs, negotiating favorable contract terms and managing rate/price negotiations with clients that provide targeted Gross Margin percentages. This position will also sell new products to existing clients while maintaining and developing relationships.The Regional Sales Executive will also provide accurate and complete reporting on sales forecasts, prospects, competition and weekly itinerary.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
5-7 years successful direct senior management to executive level proven track record of sales in healthcare related products and services would be preferred.
Experience with selling multiple products in a multi-state territory required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as very strong presentation skills required.
Must be independent and goal oriented, good problem analysis and resolution skills with the ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines and targeted metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook etc as well as sales automation tools.
Must be able to travel extensively through assigned territory (65%+).
