ADP's National Account Sales professionals sell custom designed, flexible solutions to meet the needs and challenges of large employers (1,000+ employees). Working with ADP means partnering with a knowledge base of a proven leader in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Payroll.



As part of a dynamic team, the Corporate Sales Manager for FSA/Cobra will focus on developing executive level relationships to provide solutions for clients within an assigned territory, Northern California and Arizona markets.

Essential Responsibilities:Calls on new and existing National Accounts that process their payrolls decentralized to access product and service requirements for potential ADP COBRA/FSA product or service sales. Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following: Compile Account Plan documents for both prospective and existing clients describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy Produce a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminarsIdentifies client complaints with existing products/services and initiates action plan with operations and client services to ensure prompt resolution of problems. Broadens knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience

2. Track record of successfully achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota

3. Proven ability to effectively service existing clients and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota

4. Proven proficiency in account plan development and implementation of related sales strategies

5. Ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close National Account prospects

6.   Bachelors Degree preferred

7. Benefits Administration background a plus
