S2 Business Solutions (www.s2bsi.com) is growing rapidly in the desktop management market. We are looking for a motivated and effective outside sales person to handle LANDesk sales efforts nationally with an emphasis on the Southern California Area. S2 is the top acquisition partner with LANDesk and we need someone that is entrepreneurial, aggressive, and a “hunter”.

We are looking for someone in Arizona or Southern California.

This person will work with our staff and the LANDesk national team to acquire, introduce, and close business with LANDesk products and services across the country in all markets. You will have expert Sales Engineers to support your efforts and close support from the OSM. You will have access to other Fortune 1000 partners that can provide hot leads in all market segments. This position has revenue goals that are attainable and realistic. This person will be a self motivator with a high degree of business ethics.


Primary Responsibilities:

Provides outside acquisition sales efforts for LANDesk products and services across the United States. You must be able to develop a solid understanding of the solutions capabilities and competitive advantages. You will be required to demonstrate value and ROI to varying levels of decision makers in an organization. S2 is a strong proponent of QBS and will encourage question based and strategic selling for these solutions sales.

A mix of local and out of state efforts will be required. Travel will vary dependent upon opportunity and marketing efforts. We do encourage the use of Webex as a qualifying/positioning tool so that travel is controlled.

Some other features of the position:

Prepare accurate and timely sales projections on a weekly basis.

Attend sales training, trade shows, sales meetings, and team meetings.

Work with company leads tracking system (CRM) to ensure up to date information is maintained for information and reporting purposes.

Help to create a positive and motivating work environment and work closely with your team and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Work Ethic
Self Motivated
Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
Outside sales experience
4 years telesales and customer service experience
Analytical and negotiation skills
Have an understanding of ‘Solution Selling or Question Based Selling’
Computer and Internet literate
Enterprise Software sales experience a plus
