The Sales Executive is accountable for selling in a business-to-business environment, responsible for selling the full line of Global Mailing solutions and services. This individual acts as a consultant to customers offering solutions for the efficient preparation and management of documents, packages, mail and other forms of messaging, in both physical and digital form.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop Territory/Account Penetration - Building and executing strategic account penetration plans by mapping the process for doing business with customers
Execute Professional Selling Process - Cultivating professional selling skills, such as establishing rapport, discovering needs and assessing them, relating benefits to product features, handling objections, managing customer relationships.
Apply Business Acumen - Being totally business orientated. Must be able to understand and use financial data to plan and make strategic and operational choices and decisions.
Engage in Self Appraisal & Continuous Learning - Being able to appraise yourself, engage in continuous learning and secure feedback from customers, peers and managers.
Optimize Resources - Coordinate resources by identifying key internal and external contributors, communicating relevant information, and building collaborative customer focused relationships.
Consultative Problem Solving to Build Customer Value - Using consultative problem solving to create new solutions, customized products and services and paradigm changes.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 1 year business to business sales experience
Strong customer service orientation
Consultative selling and closing skills, or the aptitude to learn
Solid computer skills such as email and Word required
Good driving record and reliable transportation required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion and partnering skills
Practice of goal setting, time management and organizational skills are a must
