Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Inside Sales Representatives contributes to the goal of exceptional service through daily customer interaction in support of the Outside Sales Team. This position is responsible development of customer relationships, effective and timely problem resolution and coordinating orders and pricing with vendors.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Interactwith customers to take orders and effectively resolve problems.
Complete order entry with correct pricing and materials.
Work effectively with all departments to facilitate sales activity.
Expedite orders.
Source product through vendors.
All other tasks as assigned.

Typically reports to Inside Sales Supervisor.
This position has no direct reports.
Typically has frequent contacts outside the workgroup.
Typically procedures for analyzing situations and making conclusions are diverse.
Typically considers among several options and past practice when solving problems.
Typically progress or results of work is periodically checked. Has some leeway to change work procedures.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas and/or must frequently deal with difficult issues related to people or situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
One to two years of experience is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
Residential and/or commercial plumbing products knowledge.
PC proficiency in Microsoft Applications and SX-Trend.Ability to navigate vendor databases.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on telephone skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong problem solving; Able to think outside of the box.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
