INBOUND SALES SPECIALIST

Inbound Sales Specialists are responsible for receiving incoming calls and providing customer service with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. Bankers also handle incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. Duties include: using highly effective sales and service techniques, overcoming customer objections, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products/services to help customers succeed financially.
